Colors TV is all set to bring back its hit serial Molkki with a new season, Molkki 2, which revolves around social drama. The serial is being produced by Balaji Telefilms and is set to premiere on February 13th, 2023, after Bigg Boss 16 ends.

Story:
In season 1, Molkki addressed the social issue of child marriage and the practice of selling girls to men twice their age. The young girl sold is called Molkki, and the custom becomes popular among people with the same name. In season 2, the story is speculated to revolve around a new Molkki (played by Vidhi Yadav) and a man twice her age (played by Ashish Kapoor).
